2- side Postcard printing with merged addresses

I want to print 8.5"x5.5" Postcards with merged addresses on one side and a
message on the otherside uning my printer;s 2-side printing option. I am
getting each 8.5"x11" page with 2 cards with the same address and I want only
2 cars with a separate address.

What version Publisher? Print preview showing all entries the same on a page is
a Publisher bug. This bug is not in Publisher 2007
Do you get a message when you try doing this operation?

Publisher 2003: Setup your page for 8.5 x 5.5. Publisher will say it will print
two copies per sheet. You can only have one card on your screen for a merge to
be correct. Insert a page.

I recommend setting up two publications for Publisher 2007.

The important part of the print merge is to designate multiple pages per sheet
in the print merge dialogue. There is a print preview on this screen.
