2 smtp servers

I am setting up Outlook for a lap top that will use one smtp server on the lan and another while it is out of the office. What is the best way to go about it. I set up two profiles but if the email is "pop"ed it only shows up in the one profile. I need all the emails to show up no mater what profile is selected.
