Hello,
I am also having trouble with an application that has
been converted from Access 2000 to 2003. Did you get any
answers on why simple macros worked just fine in 2000 and
2002 but don't work at all in 2003 ?????
Thanks,
Margaret

My Access application (2000 file format) works fine when
functionality does not work when invoked by the Microsoft
Access 2003 program--either with an unconverted (2000) or
converted (2003) file format database:
message that seems unrelated to the function.Specifically, a macro no longer works and I get an error
don't have the license required to use this ActiveXUpon pressing a command button, I get the error "You
control."
a simple example and is the first failure:I did not (knowingly) utilize an ActiveX control--I think it's bogus.
The following "command" is only noteworthy in that it is
It sets/clears some filter values and fails upon this 1st occurence:
Item: [Forms]![fStds].[Form].[filter]
Expression: ""
Is this a bug or does it represent a notational/syntax change for the command?
How can I overcome the problem (using macro commands-- not VB)?
