2000 Office templates

after accidentally discovering templates in my Office Picture Manage program i couldn't help wondering how to use them and how i would go about that. I used Office help but couldn't find anything relevant to my discovery in the Picture Manager program. Office help referred me to FAX cover pages and this was a dead-end. I saw templates with "confidential" and stuff like this on them and i really would like to know how to go about the process of using them but can't seem to find the info on "how-to"??
