2000 Server and Microsoft Word 2002

I have windows 2000 server and have microsoft windows 2002
running on my workstations. What I find is that whenever
I have loaded an HP Color Laserjet 8550 driver, word
crashes. Has anyone run across this issue? or found a
work around?
