2000 to 2002 conversion

Developed app in v2000 (works perfectly runnbing Win98 or
Win2000), client since changed to v2002 running on XP
professional. App will not run on their system, error
message is "Access encountered problem, sorry for
inconvenience". Any suggestions. Thanks.
