I am reposting this for a better clarification of a
previous post.
In Visio 2002, there was an option to not display a
summary when you import data from an external DB.
Visio 2002 Import data link:
http://office.microsoft.com/assistance/preview.aspx?
AssetID=HA010352781033&CTT=6&Origin=EC010553071033
At the bottom of this link, it refers to a checkbox that
determines if the summary window will be displayed or not.
In Visio 2003, this option is not there, or I cannot find
it. Here is the link for the import process in Visio 2003:
http://office.microsoft.com/assistance/preview.aspx?
AssetID=HA010749651033&CTT=8&Origin=EC011081751033
Can anyone tell me why they took this feature out of
Visio 2003? I just want to be able to tell Visio 2003 to
not display the summary window after the data is
refreshed.
