2002 Duplicate Contacts

I have Office XP Pro at work and at home. When I export
the Contacts and Calendar from work and import them to my
home Personal Folder I receive duplicate entries within
both Contacts and Calendar Folders. I have checked the
appropriate entries as far as not duplicating and also
within options. Any ideas?

After further investigation I am finding that I export
one copy of each entry from work but when importing to my
home PC it does not overwrite the current entries on my
home PC. I have checked both "Do not import duplicates"
and "Replace duplicates". I export the .pst file to both
a floppy and USB device....When syncing with a PDA
everything works fine. Am I missing something on this!
