2002 office xp please help

I have no fonts in word except Device font12,device font
14. I am running 2000 pro and I installed it 2 or three
times.I still get the same thing

Is a printer installed/set up for that computer? The usual reason for not
seeing [many] fonts available in Word is that a printer hasn't been set up.
Being WYSIWYG, it can't show you WYG unless it knows what printer you plan
to use.
