Diane - thank you...
We are a 300,000+ employee company - so it's a huge mix of employees able
to
view eachother's calendars when scheduling meetings. Some people choose
not
to share this information - and require their assistants to be contacted
to
schedule meetings rather than relying on free/busy in Outlook.
I am the only delegate for the calendar, so I can see his free/busy
information. The issue is people with 2003 can't see his calendar and
people
with 2007 can - despite telling the server not to show any free busy
information.

what is the default permission on the calendar? Are their any delegates
assigned?

2003 calendar set to not show free/busy - but 2007 users can see
details.
Is
there any fix?
I know how to turn off free/busy in 2003, but not sure why 2007 can see
despite - hoping someone knows how to do this.
