2003 Calendar Views add-in toolbar lost

[Plan4Results]

I installed the Outlook 2003 calendar add-in toobar and used it to build 2
filters. Now i cannot find the toolbar anymore. My filters are still there.

Go into calendar, look on the view, toolbar menu. also check Help, About,
disabled addins.
