2003 Error - InfoPath has encountered an error. The operation fail

Can someone help me debug this error?

I get this when trying to open my .xsn file is design mode. The form works
fines with filling it out and submitting the data but I cant open it to edit
the form.

I understand that the .xsn file is a basic cab file and I've been able to
extract the files into a given directory. What should I do next? What
should I try? Since the form works, I don't know what problem Infopath has
with editing the form.

The form intially gets it's information directly from a SQL Server database
as well as Web Services and submits data to a Sharepoint Document Library.

Please help? Thanks!

Hi,

After extracting the .cab file to local directory, open the manifest.xsf
fine in design mode.

I hope this will help for you.
