2003 Office clipboard

I have the Show Office Clipboard When Control C Pressed
Twice option checked. Sometimes it works sometimes it
doesn't. I've tried with the task pane already open
displaying something else and I have made sure I have
something on the clipboard.

I am currently using Word when I get this problem. I
haven't established if it is a problem in the other
applications.

Is this a known problem?

It would be a handy shortcut and any insight to its use
would be helpful.

Not sure if this is the right newsgroup but thought I'd

Drag the icon to the desktop and clip copy here, it is called clipbrd.

How does Office Clipboard differ from the "regular" clipboard?

Thanks for your reply. A separate clipboard on the
desktop isn't really what I'm after. I use the "regular"
clipboard which is part of the Office packages. It
operates fine except it rarely shows when I press Ctrl C
twice even though I have that checked in the Options. So
what I'm after is how to make it show the clipboard when
I press Ctrl C twice.

Any further thoughts / inspiration you may have would be
appreciated.
