Just purchased. Opened box and cannot find a product key
sticker on cd case or on a cert. in box. Has anyone ever
has this problem? What can be done?

Since you can't find it, and therfore it doesn't seem to exist return it
to where you purchased it and either get your money back, or get a
replacement product.
