2003/Office XP on same system

Does anyone know of problems using Visio 2003 on a system
where Office XP is installed (instead of Office 2003). I
have done this on one system with no apparent operational
probems. Start/Programs menu is a little strange with
Word etc at the primary level and Visio under Microsoft
Office. Also the folders where everything is installed is
strange. I'm about to tell others it's OK. Anyone with
success stroies or finger burning experience? Is it
supposed to work?

I've been running Visio 2003 / Office XP / Windows 2000 for over a year with
no difficulty.
