I have this on my desk top pc and my laptop. All of my documents on the desk
top pc are in coded scription but, they are not on my laptop. How do I get
them off of the enscription so I can read my documents?

What are you calling "coded scription" and "enscription"? Are you
perhaps refering to "encrypted"? If so, simply Save As and don't choose
to encrypt them.
