2003: Only open attachments from a trustworthy source

I have used 2003 for a long time. I use personal folders and not exchange
or servers. Now when I try to open an attachment, at my own risk, I get the
message: You should only open attachments from a trustworthy souce. What do
I have to do to not received that message every time?
