Hi,
Create another view name as “Print†in the InfoPath form. Copy the UI from
main view and past it in print view.
We didn’t have any hide option in the conditional formatting for check
boxes. So you need to add the section for every check box. [Each Check box
will be displayed in the section]. Add condition for every section as “Field
is equal to false†hide this control.
Now you can use this view for printing.
Field --> Your check box name
