2003 Outlook and 2007 Outlook Help!

Hi everyone--

I have 2007 Outlook but most people in my company have 2003. I made the
work calendar for the month of July and when I send it to them on 2003 they
are not able to open the whole month. They even have the compatibility pack.

What can I do? Is it something they are doing wrong? HELP!
