2003 Outlook: How do I it up as my default with Hotmail

Hi,

If someone can please help me. I currently have a Hotmail email address and
I use Hotmail to send and receive all my emailing.

I have Outlook 2003 and I want to set that up as my default. I want to start
using Outlook to send and receive emails. How do I set it up? Do I need any
special hotmail account? I just have the free hotmail.
