2003 Outlook

In the new version of Outlook, is there a way to make a distribution list and have it be suppressed by not putting it into the BCC? Is there an easier way to make this list and the Receiptant in the TO field going to a dummy email address that is not on the Microsoft Exchange Server.

That is what I am doing now. Sending the email to my personal email address at Yahoo. You cannot change the Display Name on the Contact if it is on the server.

Thanks

No. A better method is to use your contacts as the data source for a mail merge and send individual messages.
