You need to provide more details:

Type of email account
Any error messages and/or numbers

Bear in mind we can't see what you're seeing so you have to describe the
problem pretty specifically so we can try to determine the problem or even
recreate it.

OK, I am not good with this.

I try to e-mail one song to my friend for new year, and that make all
e-mailing in mess. (Also, English is not my original language, that can make
this more difficult.) After I get message from Verizon that my system need
help, and they offer me to use their help. To send that e-mail system need
more than 30 minutes , and after 30 minutes system said that message cannot
be sent. I was trying to follow all that system help, did not work. I
called Verizon, and they represetative, said that Verizon e-mail is ok, and
that I have to contact Micrsoft.

I called them and they want $59.00 to help me over phone, or to try to get
help from you. Now back to problem, I cannot send message to anyone. I try
to send message to myself, and that message was in Oubox, I deleted it. I
get this computer two years ago, and I had 60 day trial-Office 2003. I also,
bought 2003 program and after 60 days computer asked me to enter Product Ket
to be able to use program I did. I used that information from product I
bought. Another information may be important, 3 months ago I had another
problem with e-mail, and Verizon people helped me to instal Outlook, and that
helped problem I had that time. Now I need help again.

Verify with your recipient that you have the correct email address/alias for
that mailbox. Ensure you have the correct incoming/outgoing server
information. Verify whether or not you need to include SSL.
Error 0x800CCC79 also means that you need to verify the email address you
are sending to may be incorrect.

This was reply on their messages (cannot be wrong address), only thing that
can come on my mind is that their system cannot accept big message as this
song is

The error message is a server message stating that the address doesn't
exist. The error would be different if it were indicating that the mailbox
wasn't large enough to hold the message.
