2003 OWA Error

Continue to get this error on a few machine when using
2003 OWA:

There has been an error removing certificates from this
workstation. Error: (0x800a01b6): Object doesn't support
this property or method

Also, this error seems to help concurrently with being
unable to respond to e-mail via OWA with message "An
unknown error happened!

Would appreciate any help from someone who has discovered
the solution to this result.
