Problem: Pasting HTML formated table into RTF email document fails, *not*
using Word as email editor. The pasted table text items appear in the
message unformatted, but when selecting the "Keep Source Formatting" paste
properties option, entire pasted object disappears. Pasting same HTML
fomatted table into HTML email document works as expected. This used to work
great.

Office Outlook 2003 (11.8169.8172) SP3
Compatibility Pack for 2007 +SP1 installed
Running on XP SP2 fully patched, non-admin user
No office event application faults
History of this problem:
- Prior to SP3 worked without issue
- Post SP3 work without issue
- Post 2007/12 OLKINTL Office patch broken, performing "Repair and Restore"
fixed
- Post 2008/02 5 Office patches broken again, unable to repair
