2003 SDK VB Flowchart sample

I need help in understanding how the VB Flowchart Sample works. I
cannot understand how the template fires the process and I cannot seem
to be able to share the project with others.

I suspect that you may have run into the fact that some of the events
happening are due to "persistent events" in the template. With the drawing
open go to tools=>addons=>sdk=>persistent events.
