2003 Standard & Outlook Tasks

I am new to using MSProject 2003 - I have the Standard
version - and I can't find a feature I was accustomed to
using in MSProject 2000. I want to assign resources to
tasks (that I can do), and then have MSProject e-mail the
tasks to the assigned parties... such that the tasks show
up in the person's Outlook "Task" folder.

MSProject 2003 will allow me to "upload Outlook tasks"
from my own Outlook, but doesn't seem to want to go the
other way. What am I doing wrong?

Not doing a thing wrong - there have been signifigant changes with 2003 and
Standard no longer has the workgroup tools. You need to go with
Professional and Project Server to get similar features.
