2003 time report lost in the OLAP CUBE

For the past one year, we always found some actual hours reported by the
resources lost in the time report generated by OLAP Cube, though we could
find their actual hours have already been showed in the project plan.

Usually, our OLAP Cube will be generated in the middle night. But I still
could not find some actual time records reported by resources the day before.

The only Actual Work hours that appear in the OLAP cube are hours submitted
to the PM for approval, updated into the Microsoft Project plan by the PM,
and then published by the PM. Would that explain why the hours from the day
before do not appear? Let us know.
