2003 Word hangs when using copy/paste function since servpak 2

Since my last download -servpak 2 for Office 2003 my Word app hangs everytime
I copy and paste. I have to alt/ctrl/del to get close Word and then start
over. Very frustrating.

I am sending in error reports but so far no fixes. Any suggestions? Have
had this prob before when I have downloaded mandatory fixes, ususally I will
get another update to fix it. So far not one for this.

Would appreciate if anyone has any suggestions or could shed light on this
problem
