2004 And Outline Templates?

Prometheus

Is there a place to get Word templates based on the Outline layout? For
example, meeting agenda? I find myself using it a lot for that, and I
thought it would be nice to have some of the features found in the regular
agenda templates. I¹m not a Word customization expert if anyone has any
examples they would share with me, I would appreciate it. :)

Hi Prometheus,

You may (or may not) find what you¹re looking for here:
<http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/default.aspx>. HOWEVER ...
Note that you won¹t be able to download these templates on a Mac, although
they¹re perfectly usable on a Mac. So if you find something you like, have
a PC friend download it for you and then mail it to you.

Sorry, I used the wrong term in my original post...I meant the ³Notebook²
template. I didn¹t want anyone to confuse the Outline Layout.

So, to rephrase...

Are there any customized templates based on the Outline basic template,
particularly for things like meeting agendas, or to do/action item/task
lists?

Hi Prometheus,

Now I¹m really confused :). Do you mean: Are there any customized
templates based on the Notebook view? I doubt it, but look here for
MacOffice templates:
These should download fine, contrary to those at the Windows/Office URL I
pointed you to in my last post. Unless anyone reading this has created
their own note-taking templates and responds here, the two URLs I¹ve pointed
you at are the best template sources for Office (although you could always
try a Google search and see what you come up with).

Sorry to confuse you...I was confusing myself... :)

What I meant was templates based on the Notebook Layout that incorporate
things like a header that has the company name (that Word pulls from your
preferences), etc. If you create a document from one of the Agenda
templates, for example, Word pulls that information and populates it. That¹s
what I was trying to ask. :)

While the Notebook template is very nice out of of the box, I was just
wondering if Microsoft (or anyone) had done any customization to it from
the simple (like filling in name, etc fields) to adding automation to it.
I¹d be interested to see that.

Hey Prometheus,

There currently are no Notebook Layout View Templates supplied by Microsoft.
But you¹re post to the Newsgroup, has made us aware that this could be
something other users might want as well.

Thanks for Posting!
