2004 Calendar

Does anyone have a 2004 Calendar template? I'm looking
for a large calendar that will print one month per page,
so I can type in each day of the month.

Have you looked at the one in Word?

I did look at the calendar wizard in Word, but it did not
have enough room to type text. I also found a 2004 Word
template in the web, but it used the Monday-Sunday format
and I could not figure out how to get it back to the more
standard Sunday-Saturday format.
Any suggestions?
