2004 mail information into 2008

I am trying to move my information from my old computer G4 Mac 2004 office to my new computer G5 (2008 office) and I can't figure out how to do this can you please help me

On your G4 machine, copy the "Office 2004 Identities" folder over to the new
machine via a FireWire connection or a DVD or a network connection or some
other method. You can find the folder here:
G4/Users/<Your User>/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2004 Identities/

Then, when you've copied it to the G5, run the import tool and you should be
prompted to locate your Office 2004 identity. It should be located in the
folder you copied over, so just select that and your data should import.
