Hello all,

1. How can a Timesheet manager see what Administrative Time request have
been approved by him.
2. Can a Timesheet manager undo the approval, as to say, reject the
administrative time request that was previously was approved by him? Or has
the resource who requested the absence send a new update Administrative Time
request?

Any help will be much appreciated

At the top of the Timesheet Approvals page, your Timesheet Managers should
see a pane that lists options like Pending My Approval, Approved by Me, etc.
They should select the Approved by Me option and then click the Apply
button. If your Timesheet Managers do not see this pane, they need to click
the Settings button (upper right corner of the grid) and then click the View
Options item on the pick list menu.

To recall a previously approved Timesheet, the Timesheet Manager must do the
above steps to see the Approved by Me page. He/she can then select the
option checkbox for any previously-approved Timesheet and click the Recall
button. Project Server 2007 returns the recalled Timesheet to the Timesheet
Approvals page. Click the Pending My Approval option and then click the
Apply button again to view the recalled Timesheet. From there, the
Timesheet Manager can reject the recalled Timesheet. Hope this helps.
