2007: Analysis Services 2005 High CPU/RAM Load

Hi,

were are experiencing a very high CPU load and the Analysis Services server
(64 bit) uses more than 5 GB RAM (!) when a cube is being built. The Project
Database contains only very few projects.

Is there a solution for this?

Hi Adrian,
We had a similar problem. We installed SP2 Cumilative Upgrade 6 for SQL
Server 2005, and that fixed the issues.

I believe you have to contact Microsft to get the patch.
