When I try to open word 2003 files following message appear on the screen:
"The file Values is not available". I also use Norton Internet Security
2007. I've read the different messages about what do with Norton 2004, but I
can't figure out what I'm going to do.

Also EndNote X will not start as an add-in. I've tried to follow the advice
given at www.endnote.com without any success.
