2007 beta: obtaining a refund

K

Yesterday I downloaded Office 2007 Pro Plus beta (along with Visio and
Outlook Business Contact Manager), for which I had to pay a nominal
fee. After successfully installing Office this morning I was
unfortunately unable to activate it - as noted by many posters here.
Given that, judging by responses from MVPs, the activation process is
permanently disabled, I am left with only a handful of restarts, after
which the software will be rendered pretty much useless.

My question is how do I get my refund?
Or how do I obtain offline activation for my product?

thank you.

ps. No, I do not claim to be a beta tester. The product was made
available for download for everyone.

The activation process will be continued up to the expiration cycle of the present 2007 Office System beta products. At present
there is a problem with the beta product activation servers that MS is working to resolve. Unfortunately, how long that will take
isn't known, but please hang in there :)
