2007 Beta TR and Project Professional Beta

Hello,

I have recently upgraded to Office Project Server 2007 Beta 2 TR and
everything on the thin-client (PWA and Sharepoint side) is working
correctly.

The problem is that I am unable to connect to the server using
Professional. I have downloaded the version from the Microsoft Office
2007 Preview site and uninstalled the previous beta version and
installed the latest. When I attempt to connect I get the following
ambiguos error:

0x80004005 with no message about what the error is.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is the version that I downloaded the
latest or not? The instructions from MS are pretty vague. If someone
has a link to the actual Beta 2 TR version of Project Professional that
would be great.

Scott,

I just read about this, there is a Project Pro 2007 TR you need to install
as well.
Think this is it.

The other link I posted was for the entire office suite, and quite a large
download.

Hi ITByte,

That is the same file as the Project Server Beta 2 TR that I've already
installed as per the instructions. Does anyone know what the version
code is for the Office Project Professional Beta 2 TR?

Are you sure? Check the file again. The one I used on the server was from
here and has "ProjectServer" in the file name.
