2007 business contact manager error unable to connect to databas

I have an error message on my 2007 outlook - business contact manager is
unable to connect to database. I need to reinstall it but I dont see the
download. I had it this before but when I contacted Microsoft - they told
me to delete a particular file and this error started showing up.

What do I do??

Typically this happens because the sql server MSSMLBIZ windows
service
has stopped. Try restarting it, and set to auto start, if it isn't.
