Hi,
In Outlook 2007, I notice that default "Busy" appointments no longer show a
blue border. I guess it's assumed that if there's no left border, then it's
"Busy" (although the "Busy" choice in the "Show as" pick list still shows
Busy as blue -- I guess this only applies in the Free/Busy views such as
group schedules or meeting planner...).
Is there a way to show the blue border again for "Busy" appointments, like
the maroon for "Out of Office" and the white for "Free", etc? We use a
shared calendar to schedule conference rooms, and we are used to seeing at a
glance which room is scheduled by the color of the border (we have four
rooms, so it works perfect, or used to anyway, for Blue, Maroon, White and
gray/blue/patterned).
Someone might be tempted to answer, "Just recognize the lack of a border as
the new 'blue' ". The problem is, "no border" (Busy) looks very similar to
the white border (Free) at a glance.
Does anybody has a solution or workaround? I've looked all over for
postings, but haven't found any that address this new "feature" in 2007.
TIA,
Steve
