2007 Cannot save the file. 'thefile.docm' is not a valid short file name ......

With Microsoft Word 2007, XP Pro

I have Word 2003 docs and I want to save them as 2007 macro enabled
docs

I hit Save as

Cannot save the file. 'thefile.docm' is not a valid short file name ......

This is kind of perplexing. I suspect its some sort of property of the
document, but I can't find it. I am converting my files to 2007 format
and I
have successfully saved 4 previous documents.

Example File with paste of error message

http://www.cookdotcom.com/CannotSave83.doc

I also get this

The full text of the file is included after the ===

I open the file with word 2007 and try and save it, it says

it says "You've chosen to save this Web Page using short file names."

Where do I change that option?

filename GJhtmlbusinesscard.html

If I hit the convert button in the in the office menu and then save,
it works. Funny, I thought that was what a save as in a different
format was.
