2007 Enterprise reactivation

I had to change out my mainboard which went OK until I started an office
program which stated I had to reactivate due to the hardware change.
So I tried the over the internet option but received a meassage that the
product had been activated before and I must use the telephone option.
However when I select telephone and hit Next the activation wizard just
closes out instead of going to step 2.
Is this to do with the version being enterprise or what am I doing wrong?

Call the IT department from where you procured your Office Enterprise version
through their Home Program

That would maybe help if that IT dept were interested in your personal stuff.

If not I found that uninstalling Office and then reinstalling it new invokes
an activation wizard that can be used for telephone activation. Explain the
situation and all was well.
