2007 Excel - Activating/Inactivating Add-ins

Is the only way to activate/inactive add-ins in excel by clicking the office
button - excel options - add-ins - go - select the add-in of choice? This
seems a bit cumbersome. In 2003, there was an add-in menu that made it very
easy to activate/inactivate add-ins. Hopefully there is an easier solution.

Any ideas?
