2007 Excel Crashes Editing a 3D Graph

I used 3D plotting in excel to better represent the data sheet I have. The
data sheet has a range of values less than 1 in z-axis, and the data sheet is
12 points (x-axis) by 8 points (y-axis). The chart pops up just fine, but
when I start adjusting the legend for colors or the angle of view at the
chart excel crashes and restarts itself.
