2007 Headers and Rules

J

Jan

I download headers only on one of my accounts and I have rules to move the
item to a folder when I decide to download the message.

The problem is when I say download the message Outlook moves it to a folder
corresponding to my rule but then I cant find it as there are no unread mail.

Is there a way to fix this.

Cheers

What type of email account? Are you opening it to mark it for download? did
you try sorting by received or modified date?

I am using a POP account.

I did not think you could open a header I right click to download the message.

When it has downloaded it goes into the folder corresponding to the rule I
made.

How do you sort by sorting by received or modified date? If they are all in
different folders?

Cheers
