2007 home&student no cd

I want to reinstall this on my computer that had it but crashed. I bought it
through the Microsoft web site for $149.00 and never had a CD. Where do I go
to enter the product key, which I do have?

You mean you didnt save the download installation file or order the cd, or
select the License Lock Box option?
