Hi,
Any way to actually have Microsoft fix really basic bugs?
Again, I'm stunned at seeing that expensive Outlook 2007 doesn't
work on basic stuff as freeware and $19 sharewares do.
How can I ask MS to fix bugs?
I contacted them several times during the last year, but nothing
has been done.
I speak about such a basic thing as being able to reply to HTML
formatted messages and be able to break the vertical blue line in
order to add MY text, thus appearing clearly as part of the answer.
In one word, just like in ALL email clients around the world.
No way to click the "Unindent paragraph". Doesn't work.
Asked 4 times already. THIS IS BASIC functionality.
Also fix the program freezing when, in such an HTML formatted reply,
you select all and click the "Remove formatting" button in order to
get rid off that stupid vertical blue line. Click the button and
Outlook is gone for ever.
This is just incredible.
Do they know how to spell "professional" ???
I don't expect the big #1 software company to behave like a thirdworld
shareware programmer. Come on Microsoft, do you job!
Sincerely,
Steve JORDI
