To determine whether a project was published initially, you only need to
look at the Project Center. If you do not see the project there, then it
has not been published. To know if a project has been revised and saved,
but not published, do the following:

1. 1. Create a new Project Center view and name it something like "Last
Saved and Published."
2. Add the Last Modified, Last Published, and Owner fields to the list of
displayed fields.
3. Move the Last Modified and Last Published fields directly below the
Project Name field.
4. Set the Group By value to Owner.
5. Create a Filter that shows Filter that filters Last Published < Last
Modified.
6. Add the View to the My Projects and My Organization categories.
7. Save the new custom Project Center view.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

In Project Pro 2007, is it possible to see somewhere if *this* active
project has been published?
Thanks

Robert

How do you compare one field to another? If I type [Last Modified] in the
value it won't validate because it's looking for a date and not a Field
Name.

Thanks a lot Dale

My Project Server 2007 system was down when I wrote that answer, so I could
not confirm the Filter step. I apologize for wasting your time as a result.
I would recommend that you create the View without the Filter and then
visually scan the two columns for date differences. Hope this helps.
