2007 Office Beta 2 - Error Running any program

Hello, I have downloaded and installed successfully Office 2007 Professional
in french. When I ran the program the first time, it openned but everything
was weird. A window that had 10x the width of the screen popped up with
ununderstandable text. Everything looked like the program was badly
translated or something. I closed it, and restarted the computer. Then I
repaired it (using the same installer), restarted the computer, and now an
error message appears when I try to run Word or any other application of
Office:

The ordinal 6027 could not be located in the dynamic link library oart.dll
