2007 OneNote Installation

After downloading the OneNote file; I click on the file and it opens up a
dialog box asking me to select the program I want to use to open the file.
In the past clicking on a downloaded file would open up a installation dialog
box , what software do I use to open up 2007 OneNote file.

If you downloaded it from MSDN or TechNet, then you have an ISO. That
means, you have an image of a CD. Burn it on a CD and then run setup
form the CD.

I experienced that as well and I simply added .exe the end of the file name and double-clicked it. It installed like a good little program should.
