2007 outlook email Setup Problem

I changed my IP from one company to another with i download the 2007 outlook
it wwork fine. Then when i changed to my new one I can't get it to setup i
called my IP and they said that they don't support the 2007. Anyone have any
ideas what i could do. Thanks
