2007 Problem with Subform

I have a query by form with a subform who' record source is set to
Dynamic_Query after the user fills in criteria in the main form.

The subform is set as Datasheet as its default view.

When the main form opens the Datasheet subform displays all records in a
table.

After the user enters criteria for filtering the data and clicks OK to apply
Dynamic_Query to the subforms record source, the datasheet goes blank.

People who are on earlier versions are not seeing this issue.

Is there a new setting in 2007 for handling subforms with Datasheet as their
default view??????
